Despite a booming tourism industry, Siem Reap province remains one of the poorest in Cambodia with negligible amounts of economic prosperity reaching those in the countryside. Jasmine Lodge has attempted to rectify this where possible with its ‘pro-poor’ employment, tour and food policies. Kunn employs eight permanent members of staff (6 general, 1cook and 1 laundry) and all have been recruited from villages outside of Siem Reap (Kunn: “Tourism does not reach there”). All eight employees receive accommodation and training, and can go to school locally. They also receive $40 per month in salary. These staff benefit from on-the-job English language training, through interaction with guests, as they go along.More story

Day 1:	Pick up from international Phnom Penh airport and transfer to hotel or guesthouse Lunch : international Museum and international Naga Casino or Russian Market Dinner:
Day 2:	S21 museum (Toul sleng), and then killing field Lunch : Royal palace (silver palace), Independent Monument and Vat Phnom pagoda Dinner:
Day 3:	Trip from Phnom Penh to Siem reap by (bus, taxi, Ferry) Lunch : Dinner: include Khmer traditional dance with buffet dinner
Day 4:	After breakfast in hotel or guesthouse going to see kravan, Banteay kdei Srash srang and Taphrom temple (giant root tree parasite on roof of gallery And it is the best of Kodak shot and tomb raider filmed movie). Lunch : South gate of Angkor thom, Bayon (216 faces of budhisatva),Baphoun ,Elephantterrace and terrace of leper king.
Day 5:	5 am for sunrise and back to guesthouse or hotel to have breakfast Visiting people in preah dak village produce palm sugar and souvenir hand-made Banteay srey temple (pink sandstone and clear carving of many historical of wonders) and Banteay samre. Lunch : Angkor wat and sunset at Phnom Bakheng Dinner:
Day 6	After breakfast you can do shopping or Tonle Sap and transfer to airport
