Stayed with my friends for 5 nights. We received very good service from the guesthouse such as free pickup, free breakfast, free bottled water daily, fresh towels daily. The most important thing is the great owner (Mr Kunn) and staff who give us an unforgettable trip. Thank you, Mr Kunn and staff! Keep up the good job!
We have stayed 4 days in Jasmine Lodge, quite and nice rooms and great service. Besides Ankor Wat, what we remember the most of our trip to Siem Reap was the extraordinary and friendly service from Smey. Thanks for making us feel like if we were old friends.
Greetings from México!!!
It was a enjoyable trip i have in cambodia hmmm the driver name khut hann he a nice guy and the boss from jasmine loge is also a friendly guy if there still a chance i will comfrim stay there again and this time i will stay longer at jasmine lodge
We have recently had the pleasure with our trip in Siem Reap and surrounding temples. We have had the most fantastic time and wish to especially thank Mr Siya, our excellent tour guide. He was the very height of conscientiousness, highly informed and educational. He performed all his duties with kindness, hospitality and diligence, and we would like you to extend our thanks to him in particular for making our Siem Reap trip very special and memorable :)
I spent three months at Jasmine Lodge and enjoyed every moment: excellent food, clean, comfortable and inexpensive rooms and obliging, keen staff with a generous sense of humour. The staff make the place special. It was like staying with friends.
The Staff are fantastic, great English and really helpful. They have tons of services - bike hire, bus tickets, tuk-tuk hire for the day etc. The free breakfast was wonderful and saved 2 budget travellers a lot of money! Rooms were wonderful and when we turned up a day early by mistake they offered us a triple room for the night for the price of a double
Stayed for 3 nights. Simple, clean and comfortable room with big and clean bathroom. Big breakfast and friendly staff. Very worthy and cheap tours too. Very recommendable.
Jasmine Lodge is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. I don't know where to start with the praise. firstly the staff are all so friendly and helpful and they all speak excellent english. the lady on the front desk is so kind and helpful with everything that you need. We wanted to stay for longer and spend our Christmas here however due to unfortunate circumstances we have to get to Phnom Penh urgently. The rooms are clean, the hot water is hot!, the cable TV is actually cable with lots of channels to choose from.. value for money you can not go wrong! We didn't need to go anywhere outside of the guesthouse to get food because they make the best food we have had in SE Asia so far! We have eaten the curry vegetable in young coconut every day and the quality has not changed and has been insanely delicious. They also order pizza from happy herb pizza which is also delicious again best pizza we have had in SE asia! AND they do not skimp on the breakfast like most places we have been to in SE Asia! if you order bread you get a whole warm baguette! and the fruit side is good too! Their Tuk Tuk Drivers won't rip you off and you can hire them to go to Angkor Wat. our driver really looked after us when we were getting hounded by "you buy from me only one dollar" women and children fighting for your business when he saw that we had had enough he kept and eye out for us and when he saw us approaching he would drive to us to pick us up! Because of our circumstances we had to make a lot of enquiries about the location of a hospital and we needed to make some advance calls to Phnom Penh. They helped us so much and even told us the location of a private english speaking doctor which was nice but regardless we need a hospital. And the lady at the desk let us use her mobile phone to make the calls we needed to make without charging us...they will see a tip for this! They book everything for you here and if you are getting a bus onwards through Mekong Express they will pick you up from Jasmine Lodge which means you don't have to organise getting to the bus station. All in All fantastic. Thank you so much Jasime Lodge and staff for the wonderful stay if we return to Siem Reap we will be staying with you and if we have friends that pass through we will be telling them to stay here also! thanks a bunch!
The Jasmine Lodge was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Siem Reap. The staff was delightful, the food amazing, and the atmosphere relaxed.
We stayed at the Jasmin Lodge for a couple of days. We had a fairly pleasent stay a the lodge. The staff was friendly and always tried to help out in any situation. The dishes for lunch and supper were excellent, the breakfast could use some less european and american touch. We can recomend this guesthouse. BUT please work on the bustour to Bangkok!!! A ticket for 10 dollar for a ac bus with a toilet on board directly to Bangkok??The tour took 11 houres and stopped every hour at som restaurnt along the way. I know you try to generate some sales for family and friends, but this tour is am scam and degrade the good impression of the guesthouse.
I lived at Jasmine Lodge for 3 months and had a very comfortable stay. The staff are hard working and the service has been a positive experience. I highly recommend everyone this Guesthouse as a short term or long term accommodation option.
Proprietor of Guest house always rely your email and give advice to you. They are friendly.
I love Jasmine Lodge. They take care of their guests very well. Very friendly rates and super friendly staff. Thanks to Mr. Kunn and to his nephew Hak and everyone at Jasmine Lodge. Highly-recommended... Next time, I'll go back to Jasmine Lodge if I ever have another chance.

Your Local Connection

Despite a booming tourism industry, Siem Reap province remains one of the poorest in Cambodia with negligible amounts of economic prosperity reaching those in the countryside. Jasmine Lodge has attempted to rectify this where possible with its pro-poor employment, tour and food policies. Kunn employs eight permanent members of staff (6 general, 1cook and 1 laundry) and all have been recruited from villages outside of Siem Reap (Kunn: Tourism does not reach thereĀ). All eight employees receive accommodation and training, and can go to school locally. They also receive $40 per month in salary. These staff benefit from on-the-job English language training, through interaction with guests, as they go along. read more
