We have our vacation in Cambodia and so luckily to stay in Jasmine Lodge from 19-22 May 2010. I would strongly recommend and praise for the friendly service. The room is clean, well maintain with the necessary facilities. The dinner serving is delicious. I like the most for the breakfast is tomato cheese bread, it’s so yummy… Although it’s a short trip, I’m very glad to know all of you and thanks for the sharing of your country’s history and culture. I’m definitely will come back again, keep it up!
Room is big and very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, very convenient place.I like the breakfast of scramble egg, so delicious. Thank Mr. Kunn very much for the arrangement of the chocolate birthday cake for me to celebrate my friend's birthday! I will definitely come back again!
I really love this place! My friends and I stayed here last October 2009 for two nights. Mr. Khun and his wife (who was pregnant at that time) were so warm and wonderful. Our room was great, affordable and clean. Our tour guide and driver, Mr. Khun was also nice. We really enjoyed our stay in Jasmine Lodge. If I'll go back to Siem Reap, I'll definitely stay again here.
I stayed in Jasmine Lodge several times and recommended the services to friends and family. This is a business that gives back to the community, that's why I'm supporting them. Staying at Jasmine is like staying at the comfort of your own room. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and linens are fresh. Mr Kunn and his cousin Hak(not sure of the spelling, sorry) are always there to assist every guest and the staff are friendly too. They do their work well and they never ask the guest for tip. They just wait for the guests to give freely. I am very happy with Jasmine Lodge.I never hesitate recommending them to people I know who are vacationing in Siem Reap.
I worked in Cambodia for a year with a wildlife research NGO which took on volunteers. Throughout the year I have used Jasmine Lodge as the place to stay when in Siem Reap for myself, staff and volunteers. Mr Kunn and his team have helped me so much throughout the year from arranging rooms, ringing for numerous taxis when there was a language barrier to helping with minibuses and even helping me buy a generator! The service has been amazing, the rooms are always clean, the breakfasts also delicious and the staff always ready to help. Jasmine Lodge really started to feel like home and I wouldnt dream of staying anywhere else in Siem Reao
Our trip in Siem Reap was really a success with the help of Mr.Kunn. The beauty and mistery of Angkor Wat will was made possible because of our arrangement for the pick up at the Poipet border plus our stay at Jasmine Lodge. The 3 days 2 nights stay was a memorable one not just because we were able to see Angkor Wat but also of the warm welcome. The feeling that you are just home. Thank you once again Mr.Kunn. Kudos also to the staffs. :)
I can say there is no other places like here. I spend 1 month there and feel 100% like stay at home. Manager and all staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Kunn, manager, always take care all customers like his own relatives. I strongly recommend you to stay here and you will find out a comfortable place and safe feeling as you stay at your own home. I would never forget the good times that I spend here. Stay at Jasmine so you will see how nice feeling you are.
our family (my husband, me and our 9 y.o. son) stayed in Jasmine Lodge in February 2013 for 3 nights (but wish we could stay much longer since absolutely fell in love with Cambodia and Cambodian people). The hotel is very good budget friendly hotel. The stuff is excellent, very friendly, trying hard to please, and they all either speak English or try to speak English. The room was clean, pretty basic but we didn't expect much for the money we paid. There is a fantastic pool - very clean, good looking and very well taken care off- we used the pool several times a day. There is a restaurant on-site, they serve pretty decent breakfast, and then you can order very good food and nice drinks from them any time of the day. The fish amok they cooked was excellent and way-way better than we tried in a restaurant near Phnom Kulen National Park. The hotel arranged for tuk tuks both days we needed (first day we used a taxi since traveled to a remote locations) and the owner was very helpful in guiding us with the price for a taxi. In general, we felt that we made excellent choice by staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
does this hotel provide e bike rentals as stated?? hope for a fast reply as my trip to siem riep is coming close..tq

Your Local Connection

Despite a booming tourism industry, Siem Reap province remains one of the poorest in Cambodia with negligible amounts of economic prosperity reaching those in the countryside. Jasmine Lodge has attempted to rectify this where possible with its pro-poor employment, tour and food policies. Kunn employs eight permanent members of staff (6 general, 1cook and 1 laundry) and all have been recruited from villages outside of Siem Reap (Kunn: Tourism does not reach thereĀ). All eight employees receive accommodation and training, and can go to school locally. They also receive $40 per month in salary. These staff benefit from on-the-job English language training, through interaction with guests, as they go along. read more
